can't sleep

My body's starting to hurt-kepping me awake. i was lying there thinking about how my doctor's not going to call in another prescription since it was 3 days ago she called in the last-then I was thinking how I don't really need to go to a meeting, that I'm not that bad and right after I was already planning how I was goint to call th doc and tell her I need something a little less strong for my "headaches" (that I lied to hwer about to get the others) and she would probably go for that and I would just take more of them ....and then it hit me, hello! this is why you MUST go to a meeting tomorrow!! this cycle will never end , and yes I do have a problem. When you are lying to your dr. and spending all of your money on the street, and stealing drugs from any family member you can, for the past many years, that is a problem I can't quit on my own.I know what would happen if I managed to stay clean on my own for a few days or a week...I would then tell myself that now I can take a couple and it'll be ok, and start the whole thing over. ok, i GOT THAT OUT OF MY SYSTEM...oops didn't mean to yell thatnow I can get a couple hours sleep before I have to take my son to school.

Instead of trying to sleep try to relax take a warm shower several times a day you'll feel better and more relaxed . If you can take some bathes, treat yourself Adriana and treat yourself like a sick person with love and kindness, do that for yourself.
