Greetings to all,


I have been collecting and forming my own NA archive lately, collecting all stuff NA, out of sheer personal interest and also as a research project being a historian by hobby...


I was wondering if anyone could help me out with procuring a particular book called "History of NA" by Bob Stone. Any connections or links from where I can get a copy (old or used, no problem) at an affordable price. I checked out at Amazon, but it costs $80 there, and it's way too much for me to invest on the book...


Any other parts of our History like the IPs that have been taken off, or transcripts of speaker shares of our early NA members that have historical significance would also be appreciated. Web links having this kind of stuff or a contact person who can get me this stuff... anything...

there is another  real good page on na history,but the guy cant stand bo who was his sponsor at one time to.did you hear bo and gregs takes on the speaker things a few posts back?

the 2 one was gregs old sight.the tapes no longer work,but you know i have a history based background.


i can almost hear greg reading the traditions.remembered all those guys on unity day

Hmm... I have started reading all that great History stuff on the links... Very interesting and dramatic... so typical of us addicts... also got the link for Bob Stone's book from a member of the other online NA Forum... Costs $40... Even if Bob Stone was not an addict and only an office-bearer for NA, still I would like to read his book to know how he looks at the whole turn of events that seem so intriguing...

I have a tape called NA HIstory by our old timer Bob !!


He really shares what they had to go thru in those early days in order to keep NA alive !!!

Wow, that would be great to listen to... Can I borrow it and record it on another tape, Raman? I have a double-deck recorder. I can do it in a couple of hours... and see to it that I return your tape safely back...

bob has been my grand sponsor .he was gregs sponsor,now he is bos sponsor.
