Hello.I am Kirsten and I am an addict. I've been sober for 415 days. It doesn't seem like much, but it's 415 days longer than anyone ever expected from me. It's been a struggle, but the journey was worth it. In case you don't know this already, there is great power in making a conscious decision and following it up with conviction. I want to share my story, I am here to help. You have to give in order to keep recieving, and that's what I need to do. I need to help someone, I need to tell them everything my sponsor has told me- I need to spread the word. If there is anyone that needs a sponsor, a few kind words, or just someone to talk to, please, do not hesitate to contact me. Kristen: Glad you made it safe to Alaska, Cathy welcome to Narotics Anonymous, go to face to face meeting hang out with the women, work the steps and get into service. You never have to use again and you can find real friends in NA, friends who'll be there when you need then not like the friend who leave as soon as the dope bag is empty.

Hi, I am new here, I am also 22 days clean , and my home group for NA is kind of on shaky grounds, needless to say I wanted to find additional supports....I hope to find some here....Later!!!

hey all.my problem when i got here was that there were alot of folks wanting to help.addictively trying to help.eventualy i got a sponsor that was part of a network of folks woking the steps.


 i always try to find someone who has an n.a. sponsor,who has an n.a. sponsor,who has an n.a. sponsor etc.alone we die!together,with n.a. unity we live.


 so lets hang in there.......stay conected stay protected.
