Hello, everybody!  So I've been clean since 29 of October until new years eve when I relapsed on heroin. That was just a one time blip. My main issues are benzo addiction, from which I'm tapering off slowly under medical supervision because I took them for 12 years. Heroin for 5 years and that's all. At the moment I'm having a difficult time finding a woman sponsor in the meetings because they're few of them and they either have other sponsees or 2 even 3, some haven't completed their steps, some don't have a sponsor themselves and so on and im in a vulnerable place right now and I want to do the steps, I want to progress so anyway sorry for rambling  I'll finally get to the point now: does anyone here offers sponsorship? I live in Sheffield/Rotherham but a long distance sponsor wouldn't bother me at all and the only times when I could meet up with a potential sponsor is only during weekends. Or if you know someone who would be available and not bother by the fact that mostly we'll speak on the  phone/ videocalls/ and weekends only face to face? Gosh what a novel sorry about that. i do need help and if you've read this whole thing thank you for your patience and thank you in advance for replies. I'm looking forward to maybe find someone who would take me in. Denise xx
