Hi, I am new to NA. I was addicted to mass amounts of pain pills and am now using suboxone to prevent w/d and wean off of it. I am a 32 yo mom of 2, working ft. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
Good to have you here Tawni, Welcome home! The particular drug does not matter, the disease is the same. They all lead to the same feelings and behaviors. Find a face to face meeting, ask someone who you relate with who has some cleantime to be your sponsor, and learn a new way to live. Life does get better when we let it.
