Hello, I have never posted. I don't know if or where I belong.
Do people get addicted to ephedrine? Is that a thing? I might be odd. I may be the only one. Is it even a real drug? Is NA the right place? Or would it be not enough in common?
Supposedly addiction is not one of the side effects, but there are many other issued with long term use.
It seems to me that if I needed something more than once or twice a week I needed to look at that. Whenever I get a feeling that a benadryl would help....I try to go 30 to 60 minutes first and see if I still need it! What I've found is that I've been able to reduce by use on antihistamines doing that.....
