I am a male GSR for a group that has an old-timer (20+ years clean) who has been making women uncomfortable and our meeting has been slowly turning into all men. I was suspicious of what was going on...and then had my suspicions confirmed by a few female members and also an outside group that directs young addicts to NA. This group (they are associated with a treatment facility) has called me and said they no longer inform female addicts of our meeting because of the complaints they have gotten from women of 13th stepping (inappropriate sexual comments and behavior directed at female addicts...usually young and new in recovery) from this individual.
This needs to be addressed...I cannot in good conscience turn the other cheek on this. I understand our 3rd tradition. No addict can be turned away from a meeting. So what do I do?
Please help. Thank you sooo much.

We've (my HG) discussed this at length, and we believe 13th steppers NEED to be addressed. It's not acceptable, and can have dire consequences for the young addicts needing recovery.
I'd ask for an emergency meeting for your HG and lay it on the line. The offender needs to be put on notice. None of this "I'm working with my sponsor on this reply" or other BS is acceptable. The offender needs to stop or get the hell out of your HG
