Hi Heathermarie, Don't know about any speakers, but it's good to see someone who lives so close on the board. I live between Lincoln & Omaha, I attend meetings in Lincoln. Welcome!

Or should I say "howdy neighbor!" Are you close to the Ashland area? There's a new meeting there on Thursday nights. I've been once and it's pretty cool.
heathermarie, About 15 miles from Ashland, unfortunately I have a class starting this coming Thursday that runs till 8:20 pm at Southeast Community College in Lincoln.

Ah, school. I start again in the summer. Pick up where I left off before everything went downhill. But no resentments or regrets...just forward movement.
heathermarie, Yep, going to school is kind of an amend to myself. I blew off a great scholarship to NE Weslyan, majored in partying instead, only lasted a semester. Lotta regrets, but the past is only good to learn from. You know the saying, "A resentment is wishing for a better past."
