My god. I never realized how powerful emotions are. Just reaching out these boards. I have about 11 months clean. Life has been through hell past year. Just wondering if anyone was awake to sorta vent to. Sponsor is asleep. Didn't want to really talk on the phone. I rather text.

Haha hey. Sorry. Was just reaching out. Sponsor is sleeping. Next best thing to using the phone was coming onto a forum. Just a little anxious right now.

,,,yah,,personally I tend to get wound up at full moon time. ...everything can tend to feel big and overwhelming.

...when I notice myself being pulled off track it seems to help to do some deeeep breeeaathing,,,or read some NA lit.


I don't mind chattering here a bit if that's what you're on for.  wink
