So I am in Nashville. In some ghetto hotel. Dumb work.
Was going to go to a meeting here, but I do not feel safe leaving the hotel. So I am bolted behind a door reading posts in here and watching Hoarders Buried Alive.
I watch that so I can be grateful that my house is clean.
I am only here for the night and I have numbers on speed dial but I felt like babbling.
I am supposed to be working on the 12th step out of the guide again but I am procrastinating like crazy. The books are in the trunk of my car and have been there since January. I am a little perturbed at my s/o because he buried it under the stuff that needs to go to donation so I can't get to it right now. Mind you he buried it this past weekend and I really should have pulled the books out long before then. Really i am more perturbed at myself for slacking.
I did pick up a sponsee recently. First one in a couple of years. No one until her had asked me to sponsor them in awhile. That was fine by me because a few that I had been sponsoring went back out and I felt responsible. Some have moved and changed sponsors or programs. I know that we are addicts, but they were my first group of sponsees and I was really emotionally attached to them.
It has been a nice change. I am doing with my new sponsor what i am having the sponsee do with me.
I feel more prepared this time. Not that you can really be prepared, but I feel that I am more emotionally able to cope better if anything happens.
.......''We sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.''
How will 'stuff in car' help improve conscious contact?
Have you ever done some simple mindfulness breathing? Focus on breath as it goes in and out,, come back to the focus each time your mind wavers, duck for gunshots

...gawd,,,please don't let me -ever- forget why I came here in the first place!!(my 'senility' prayer)
I recently started looking into various residency by investment programs, and after considering a few options, I came across one that really caught my attention. The Hungary residence by investment (https://immigrantinvest.com/golden-visa-hungary-en/) program seems like a solid choice, especially with the minimum investment being 250,000, which is quite competitive. I even reached out to a firm that specializes in these programs. They provided detailed guidance on how the process works, particularly highlighting the benefits of Hungarys location within Europe and the access it grants to the Schengen zone. What I found particularly useful was their advice on real estate investments and how flexible the requirements are compared to other European countries. It definitely sounds like a great opportunity for anyone looking for a European base.
