I am the Vice Chair of my Home Group. There was a heated discussion and the Chair stepped down for the rest of the meeting to have an opinion. My question is Can the Chair step back into position? Am I automatically positioned as Chair-or does the Group as a Whole have to discuss the behavior??? And move accordingly?
Any experience you may have would be great. No opinions Please.
Its group conscience , if they let you be chair then you can, but I think the old chair should re-qualify if they want there position back . 10 years of group service and regional service .
This is something new to me, that a group has a Chair and Vice Chair, interesting
