grateful

Im an addict named Troy. I know a big part of me staying clean is being grateful for my life in recovery. I hit my first candlelight meeting last night. It was awesome. So much hope came out of that meeting. Im so grateful that addicts started that meeting. Its only its third week open. There was 8 of us( i live in a small area). It was great though. Shared on pride/ego, also talk about the jft(isolation). This was last night. Just wanted to share how grateful for this fellowship i am. What are you grateful for today?

I am grateful to be clean and alive. I am grateful for my family and friends. I am grateful for a higher power and spiritual connection. I am grateful for food and shelter. I am grateful for work, hobbies, and opportunities. I am grateful for nature's beauty and wonder.

Thanks for posting.
