Been busy, been complacent, been being and doing life but im doing ok other then some health issues due to smoking and over working and over eating , you get what i'm saying i'm a good addict who's still not well, but its better, im not using and most days i'm fairly happy, life doesnt suck

Good to see ya,I was thinking of droppin you a line other day and here you are..Good to hear positive message.Yep as long as we aren't using the LIGHT guides our way..Cigs are rough ,right around time I surrendered I was burning 3 packs a day an an ounce herb a day,was spitting up tar...Took awhile to get over the affects of the fags...Today I am so senstive to smoke its incredible...WE ,here in Lizard Land Florida,my family, are well and in God's grace,lot of rough patches but thats called LIFE...Thanks for your help and ESH thru the years......Talk to you on the rebound. Always in support and prayer....
