As has been noted in a previous post, I did some work on the site, regarding upgrading the web site entrance, so people could get into the room without a problem with the java or the irc server we were using.  I have tested its level of functionality and it past with flying colors!  

Our meeting schedule shows that we have NA meetings here every night at 10pm eastern time.  I am only one person, so I will be asking for others with 6 months or longer clean time, who attend f2f meetings to help fill in the other service work slots as the meeting chairperson once a week.

I will start us off with chairing on Tuesday night at 10pm eastern time, and Saturday night at 10 pm eastern time.  So, that leaves us 5 chairperson slots to fill, or we need to adjust our schedule to reflect the actual meetings being held.

If you'd like to chair a meeting, and are computer literate so you can follow the directions for installing mIRC, textplay and the meeting scripts, which are all available at http://www.12stepforums.net/mirc.html, then please get yourself set up, and email me with any questions you have and the night you'd like to take full responsibility for.  Keep in mind that we ask that if you take a chairperson position, you be willing to honor it for at least 90 days.  Thats one meeting per week, about an hour and a half of your time.  Unless of course you elect to take on an extra night until we can find another chairperson for it.

Again, if I'm chairing the meeting, and don't have the groups support during it, the group will not grow and we'll be back where we have been with meetings for some time now. I hope we can all come together to find a role in helping this become the greatest online NA meeting environment on the internet.
