Hello and welcome to MIP!

I am an addict named Mike....I can truly identify with your situation. We had to put our 20 year old son on the street at his worst from heroin abuse,90 lbs on deaths doorstep. After robberies,O'D'S ,jails ,institutions, and ICU units we had no other options as he violated the final boundaries that we had set.It was the worst period of our lives but thru God's grace and mercy after a couple of years he found recovery and we were able to have a life of our own.  There is always HOPE!!!!I know from my own addiction that until he was ready he was on the downbound train to nowhere.I found NAR-ANON,a 12 Step program for friends and relatives of addicts a very helpful program for me personally..I continued to learn more about enabling behaviors and a way to work for recovery in my wife and I's life. It is a program that lets you know you didn't cause, you can' t control it and you cure it(the addiction) You can google www.nar-anon.org to find a meeting place near your or get in touch with the Drug helpline in your area..It may be one of the best steps you can take... You will meet others whom you can identify with,at your own pace learn about the Step program(suggestions) and help others thru your sharing....Let us know how it goes okay,I will lift you up in prayer and support....

Maybe you could elaborate a bit more?
You say you need advice, but I'm not sure about what.
You evicted your daughter, which I'm sure was a painful decision
but one you thought necessary.
Like Mike said Al=anon or Nar-Anon are groups designed to
support families of alcoholic/addicts.
I wish both you and your daughter well.
I hope you each find the help you need.
