Simple answer is Yes, but that is a decision you'll have to make, NA is a program that has saved  the lives of many addicts,a day at a time. Take a look at the information and better yet make a meeting and listen to learn and learn to listen.........You can find both at WWW.NA.ORG..   There are pamphlets and literature to tell you all about our program...       YOU  CAN JOIN US ,IT CAN BE  ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS OF YOUR LIFE. You have made the admission of powerlessness of your addiction and hopefully have fully surrendered.The healing can begin but there is work to do.You can do IT ,WE can do it together...Let us know how you make out,use the site to find a meeting near you or use the help line for further info......smile

Hi, I am addicted to diet pills.  It has been a progression throughout several years and now is very costly and effects my moods and energy to a large degree.  Is NA the right group for me?  Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Also, I want to stop...probably important that I mention that. I have stopped several times in the past but end up picking them up again inevitably.

Yes, NA can be the right group for you. NA deals with drug addiction. It makes no difference which drugs you used. It could be heroin, crack, booze, pot, meth, diet pills--whatever. What matters is that we uwe lost the ability to control our use of drugs, and the drugs were messing up our lives.

Hi and welcome.
The answer to your question is "yes"
without a doubt NA can help you.
There are many in the rooms of NA who have used and abused the same
type of drugs that you have.
Not that it matters, because in our program it doesn't matter what, or how much
you used but what you want to do about your problem and how we can help.
Get to a meeting and ask for help.
It's as simple as that.
