well the anniversary of my stupoidity has come and gone I am still a bit of an emotional wreck but other wise I am doing ok thought I would check in

hi im steph ive been in rehab for three mnths and now im back in the real world but where im at theres no meetings its been two weeks and i feel very depressed and unsure of my life what to do?

the only advice I can give is 90 meeting 90days if that isnt possible get feamle numbers and speak to an addict in recovery daily so it feeds your recovery daily you dont alway have to agree with what is said but go in open minded honest and willing take what you can and leave the rest posting here is good as well you will find the board helpful and friendly

Those 90 meetings in 90 days really do work,they get you in the swing of things.You learn honesty,open-mindedness,willingness , the big three most important things in recovery.
