Over the last several years i have noticed that we like to "borrow" logos and stick "NA" in them like it was okay to do so,it is not.
The last reference I saw was a cartoon directly from the Peanuts comic strip and one also from the Yogi Bear comic strip.
Neither had a reprinted with permission from tag on them. I know from experience an area I used to be part of got in trouoble with Harley Davidson for using their logo and sticking N.A in the center of it.
Are we not crative enough to come up with our own stuff? And if we want to use someone elses stuff we should not paying for the right to do so.
I have not seen a lot of this in my area, but I agree we should not do it. It violates copyright or trademark laws. For me, recovery means being a responsible, productive member of society, which includes obeying the law and respecting the rights of others.
Hi James and welcome, Of course I agree...Not cool to break any laws, but I can't help but think that this is an unusual first post. People usually begin their experience here with something a little more personal. hope to hear more from you.
