If u guys could please read my bio otherwise il get to going and write a book (im tired of dis). my dads a recovering addict whos bn telling me "Kris get help man" . he got clean about 17 or 18 years ago thru the na program.... and i remeber being a kid and going with him to meetings and those actually were very good days seeing my old man HAPPY AND LIVELY because when he was in his addiction i always called him SADFACE and now im SADFACE. i really wanna b clean and ive bn steady tryin to stop on my own and dats bn goin on 2 years and it aint workin ..... I DONT WANNA LIE TO AND HURT MY FAMILY OR DO ANY DRUGS BUT I DO ALL DA TIME AND I DONT KNO WHY...... WHY DO I DO THAT THO ?
kris,You're dad probably right,get some help with your addiction.It's there for the asking.Go to a NA meeting,tell them you're new and need some help on what to do.You do not need to tell you're life history.Hope you try and get some help.

But you have to show up. The commitment to attend a meeting a day for 90 days is huge. That's just 3 little months that can change your life. While you are at meetings you will hear about the 12 steps, getting a sponsor, the value of service, and something called a higher power.
