I was a total psycho the last month or so. The whole mountains out molehills thing. Last weekend, I shut my phone off, locked the doors, shut the blinds, and took some serious time for myself. It was amazing!
So I'm working through my 10th step, trying to find something that works. What I'm finding is that by taking the time at the end of the day to read, journal, and have some quiet time, I am flowing nicely into the 11th step. It seems easier to connect with my HP, which has been a real issue over the last few years.
I've had people stop and mention the change they are seeing in me... I'm much more calm, peaceful... SERENE!
