2012 has been so good to me so far i can't comlain health problems are even gettign etter adding a few supplement to stop some of the pain meds are a bit hard to absorb after the stupid gastric bypass but i am coming theu clean and doing well learning to live not so much in isolation as anxiety sseems to fade i nno longer live in fear i know i rarely come by but have found it is best for my mental state to do it this way i hope this finds all my friend newcomewrs and all
