The natural state for any addict is loaded and wanting to get loaded. The NA program has proven sucessful for us. Start by going to 90 NA Meetings in 90 days.

Feeling awkward is normal for us addicts, go to NA Meetings anyway. We used drugs to mask our feelings. Over time our feelings of awkwardness are replaced by acceptance.

Doesn't matter if you have one day Clean, are still loaded, or have many years Clean, going to NA Meetings is the solution.

Doesn't matter if you relapsed, that's what our disease of addiction wants us to do, go to NA Meetings. There is no miracle cure, but One Day at a Time recovery is possible. And each day Clean is a Miracle!

plese do yourself a favor and get in a meeting. it is hard to get back in the rooms after relapse but it was just a relapsem and most of those people started out with relapse too so thedy understand. please don't let that stop you from getting clean...let go and let god or if you prefer let your higher power. i did the same thing i felt embarrassed because i relapsed but when i got back i felt the love and it wasnt what i had done it wasnt about relapse they were happy to see me make it back. And all i had to do was get out of my own way and just get to that meeting and today i am 8 months clean AGAIN! just go! it sounds like you already know that but your addiction has a grip on you but that is how addiction works right ? so get your butt ianto a chair at a meeting the relapse is behind you. good luck and god bless!

yea well, we cant save ass and face at the same time,,
swallowing false pride, getting to meetings, 90 in 90 continously, and being Higher Powered is a good state for the addict to be.

Hi and welcome....you know what you need to do.
You said "I probably should go to meetings"
and I couldn't agree more.
Are you really going to let something as stupid as feeling a little embarrassed keep you from getting the help
you need to shake this horrible deadly disease? REALLY????
there is nothing unusual about an addict relapsing....Hell, using drugs is what we do!
The sad thing would be not to go to a meeting and ask for help.
Believe me, nobody is going to think less of you for doing this.
If your sick and tired of being sick and tired, then give yourself a break
and get to an NA meeting....right now!!!

Welcome, I second what others have said. I know it feels uncomfortable going to meetings at first, but I'm sure you will find that people there are understanding and caring and have lots of valuable experience, strength, and hope. Going to NA meetings was the best decision I ever made. It saved my life and gave me my life back.

Jojo, I know from my own experiences as a struggling on-and-off member in the fellowship over a few years (I have relapsed many a times after good cleantimes) that when I reach out like you have done here and share about what I'm going through, I do it because I want out and I'm asking for help. That's a very good sign. You yourself have suggested that you perhaps make a meeting, wonderful! When I was as open-minded as you are here, all I needed to do was to ignore the voice inside, of my addiction, trying it's best to keep me away from help, meetings and fellowship, and continue to follow the process of seeking help and receiving it. Make a meeting, flow! It does get better as we keep making one meeting after another, I've found myself relieved of the compulsion to continue using after a week of meetings at times, then all of a sudden, there's no looking back. I find myself caught up with meetings, fellowship, program, literature and what not! It Works!

I am going to be honest with you have a cocaine and opiate addiction is probably the hardest thing to recover from. But Many have done it. I know this may sound a little unorthodox, but I'm going to give you different advice because just going to meetings may not help, they will help you STAY clean but they may not help you get clean. First, I would see your suboxone doctor, and see if he can get you back on a program (i know in my state that includes counseling) At the same time Get Back In The Rooms. The people in the rooms will give you the support you will need for when you get off of suboxone(for when those cocaine cravings come). Again, I am only speaking of my own personal excpeience and what has worked for me.

IF YOU WANT TO HEAL, THERE'S ALWAYS A HOPE !!!

Do not get caught !!!
MANY FALSE ASSUMPTION ABOUT HEALING ADDICTION NARCOTICS

DRUGS AGAINST DRUGS

ACCELERATINGHEALINGADDICTIONORDEATH ???

Along the way, we were given the opportunity by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) to cooperate in terms of proving the truth of these findings with NGOs that deal with addiction and drug abuse in the Makassar Foundation Care Group of Narcotics and Drug Abuse Drugs (YKP2N), which Adhiyaksa address at Jalan Raya. 11 Makassar.

During the process of proving the benefits HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS in its function as a cure of drug dependence, we accompanied and supervised by a physician and a psychiatrist (psychologist) in dealing with drug users. Here we tell from the little experience that we noted in the proof of drug treatment in Makassar YPK2N starting from October 17, s / d December 2, 2010.

The method is very simple to do, namely drug users were given therapeutic treatment using Herbal HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS without having to stop taking drugs by force. This therapy is performed on eleven users.

Therapy is divided into 2 (two) groups:
1. Groups who use the drug without methadone substitution
2. Groups who use the drug with methadone substitution.

Of each group is further divided into 3 (three) types of users, namely:
1. users putaw
2. ecstasy users
3. Methadone Users / user mix

Implemented prior to therapy, performed prior Inform Consent. History of drug users recorded by carefully covering when to start using drugs, recreational drugs and therapies that ever lived.

Performed a physical examination by a physician include Vital Sign and other diseases that may accompany it include HIV / Aids, Hepatitis, Sexually Transmitted Disease and others.

Laboratory examination is to test blood used (ie CD4) and urine tests (to detect the type of drug used), and other laboratory tests when needed.

Drug users also tested by a psychologist with the psychological condition of predetermined criteria, and the companion rate by using the IRA.

Drug users at follow-up every day by the companion and examination by a doctor every week or when needed. And the result they gradually stop taking the drug because it loses its effect as compared with Herbs HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS.

The results of treatment performed on 11 (eleven) people treated almost entirely free from any kind of drug dependence, and some have participated in this program in just over 1 (one) month only.

The conclusionwe candraw fromtheevidenceare :

  1. Herbal HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS treating various drug cases with more humane because without the need to be isolated.
  2. With Herbal HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS, drug addiction sufferers do not have to be forced to stop taking drugs, but by itself will stop because its effect is replaced by herbal HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS, just need the will to quit.
  3. Herbal HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS able to relieve the conditions experienced by addicted drug users.
  4. For users of drugs other than methadone types, Herbal reaction HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS will work faster.
  5. Several other effects can be felt with the Chapter to be normal, increased weight, normal sleep patterns, feeling aches that felt lost and some HIV positive people with no increase in his CD4 cell count.
  6. Herbal HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS not a substitution therapy, because patients can stop taking the herbal dependence if it feels it has healed.

The advantages of therapy with a drug dependence treatment HERBAL ANTI NARCOTICS Herbs include: relatively short treatment time, the cost is affordable, effective treatment success, and can be done alone at home without having to be isolated.

Finally, after learning about it what else you are waiting, to convey to the relatives, friends or colleagues who need this information, to be cured for a brighter future and better.

jojo after over 5 years clean i'm having the same cravings but cocaine is my drug of choice, What I do know about myself is that I have a great deal of discomfort going on inside of me and that discomfort is wanting to be medicated.

So i'm talking about this discomfort and coming to terms with it, I have to accept the way I feel and how hurtful it is for me, emotionally, spiritually its taken a toll.

I'd say theres some serious discomfort going on inside of you. I have tried to get back to basics and share, pray, meditate more and deal with the discomfort. I hate being bothered by these cravings but its whats going on inside thats screaming and hurt, find that out it will help, and just dont use for now.
