i need help. i cant do this on my own. i am powerless and helpless. i have a half bottle of whiskey at my bedside and trying to hold off the klonipin. 24 hrs and anxiety is building. i found a meeting place and pray i will get the courage to go. i have lost everything but my life and i am clinging to it by a shoe string.i pray that God will intervene.
Give yourself a break and get to a meeting ask for help, stay with someone for a few days and kick. Get into the program of recovering, sponsor, meetings , work the steps and find a higher power, god, something that will give you spiritual power back into your life, and keep coming back.
