things are going well despite the manic episode still dating the same person I am not only learning bout him I am learning to love myself its been refreshing and healthy go fiure who would,ve thought its good I am happy and still clean amazing I have been shown more bout who i really am over the past few moutns I am learning to love ,mer yes I am repetative but it gives me hope and the more i repeat it the more i believe it!
