Oh gosh,,, thats about what ?? one year ago ???

and did you get your under-one's ??

Im working with a few myself,,, gaps not only in clean time but age too.

This last one's a kid, all of 16.
Ive become very careful with my language and how how I present my recovery to him....
and then there's the parents to cope with too.
Im gently, kindly trying to let them know that the message isnt carried thru them or for them.
This is for the addict, by the addict and so when it comes to minors, the "carrying" changes !!

Im greatful we have something to share,, what a change from bein a hopeless and selfish addict !

The bright part for me is that the credit card issue now stands resolved.

Ive had closure on two cards with reduced payment and two other cards are in under closing with instalments !

And ive learnt that just as I caint shine in borrowed feathers, I cant be rich with others money !!hehehe....

I have an anger management group that I can afford the gas too, for f2f support. They've helped me so much. But I'm poor and can only afford what little I can. I love the message board as I can attend a meeting in my underwear!

Sit there and believe that someone will give you a ride to and drop you back from a F2F meeting...

and lo and behold,, fore ya know it, someones knocking on your door !!!
Believe it dear,,, bellieve......and it will happen.

Just make a few calls before that !!!!!!!!!

Yes, Kel, I slip a lot. But something tells me that I'm STILL on the road to sobriety. Thanks for welcoming me...nobody understands more than someone who has slipped themselves. I see I'm in good hands!

Yes, ive been a slipper too, about 20 times at least.

No wonder when I came to NA i was willing to try a new way of life.
I was flattened out nuff to do all they said to do to stay clean !

And i did, and hope to continue to do,, for the rest of my life.
