My wife,daughter,son-in law and granddaughter(4 month old Jaelyn Amiyah)spending our last night in a hotel on the Deerfield Beach in Florida .We have been here for 8 days and have been very busy looking at rental apartments for my daughter and her family and opting not to buy a home right now but rent a home my mother in law is not living in as she lives with my sister in law because of progressing onset of Dimensia and Alzheimers.My wife wants to be near her parents so we will move here next July when our lease is up in New York.I will leave my job of 34 years,take my daily diminishing 401K from work and come here and get on the "look for employment line"We have much planning and work to do in the next year tranferring my Veteran Benefits,our accounts,and household to this area.Economy down here is not to swinging either but God will guide us ,we have faith.I have already hooked up with 'BANDMIX" a site for musicians looking for musicians and viability for forming a Band to work around this area.We have been attending a church for the years we have ben coming here and I will do a ministry there with the kids church.Will join the Fort Lauderdale Running club,as I have raced here in previous years when we come down.Many good meetings here in the Mid-Coast Area of NA and have spoken with my sponsor and sponsees about new relationships to be formed when I am physically out of area(doesnt mean we wont still be in contact)I will hold off taking early Social Security unless finding work becomes really difficult,again will put our faith in the God of our understanding.Thought I would drop in and say hey to everyone and Welcome all Newcomers! Remember ,Fear takes Flight,When Faith stands Firm.Its time to walk the walk ,step out and see what new adventures await my wife and I. My daughter is moving down but my son(Eric) chooses to stay in New York....So tonight we'll chill out ,tomorow fly back to New York,been hurricane season down here,lot of rain,but aint been too swinging in New York either weatherwise....We''ll be trading ice/snow and cold for hurricanes,heat and humidity,but through all things we will do it "together,a day at a time ,working our family process just as I work my recovery process,in faith ,guided by God and applying all the spiritual principles we have learned together through our journey..Ill talk to y0u all when we get home tomorrow if that be God's will for us..peace......
