Saturday morning, lucid, aware and having put on "my armor of God, ready to "live" another day. It was not always like this for this addict. There were many Saturdays I missed ,being caught in the grip of our terrible disease and being sick, unconscious or just couldn't face myself or the world. Through God's grace and mercy, the process and fellowship of Narcotics Anonymous I no longer"face" the world, I am involved in it,an active member. If you are new here or struggling and can no longer go on as you are doing and you are searching for any glimmer of hope,,here we are.!..Come join us, put down the substance, make an admission ,an emotional acceptance of utter defeat,surrender and "STOP FIGHTING" You can make today the cornerstone of your "new way of life",living a day at a time,in our solution,the steps ,worked with a sponsor and showing up at meetings to "learn" about who you really are and how you can find peace. NO .its not a magic bullet, it takes work,commitment and a wiillingness to do whatever it takes to put the monster in submission.
