WISDOM OF THE ROOMS =)

Keep the lesson but throw away the experience.

Sometimes when I go through a situation..I will replay everyones part over and over in my head without looking at mine.  Then I remember to learn the lesson of the experience I have to look at myself and my part... YIKES!  =)

As self absorbed as we are you'd think we'd take a harder look at ourselves huh? but not that way I do the same thing Brandi.

I was a Blamer found fault in everyone, everything until I started working this program and if I work the spiritual aspects of htis I HAVE to look at myself and take my own damn inventory, see my own thoughts and actions, possibly even make some changes ( oh my) :)

What i've always liked about this site is the way people are able to share in writting whats going on for them and there experiences, i definetly can relate !!!

Funny, but i was always quick to blame myself
I think that's why depression is such a huge part of my story.
Oh, i can blame and hold resentments against others no sweat,
but my self esteem was always so low, I always felt in my heart that it was my fault if someone did me wrong.
Could never ever ever cut myself a break.
till now that is.
i'm ok and so are you
(well, most of you anyway.....heheheheheh)
