Good job Ruthy! I at the end of my 25 years of devastation was smoking 3 packs a day(well burning anyway)I SURRENDERED all just around same time. You are the 1st one I've heard use the term "fags"relating to ciggies.. I always have ever since I listened to and played that song  in a band  Kinks " Well Respected Man"(like late '65.....)" AND he likes his own backyard and  he likes his fags the best cause there better than the rest!..great cut......Hang in there it does get better ,but cravings were pretty long lasting for me, plus what to do with my hands!!!  you'll do it, pray for strength and I will also.....smile

OUTSTANDING Ruthy your doing better then me I'm not getting it yet. I'm still chewing but i'm smoking more again, actually a little less but still to many, ones to many LOL
