Clonidine

Hi,

I have been off of percocet for two weeks and and still withdrawing hard.  I was on 20mg per day.  Does that make sense?

Also does anyone know if there are any negative aspects of clonidine???   Thanks SO MUCH.  I feel like I'm losing my mind and have considered giving up!

Maybe you should have done this under a doctors care ?

It wasn't easy at first it takes a sincere strong desire to get detoxed so hang in there this will pass but I really think you ought go see a doctor and be completely honest about whats going on.

withdrawl is painful...no way around it.
The trick is to use the pain.
To remember it.
the thing to remember is that if you use, you are setting the stage for your next painful withdrawl.
It will get better.
really.

It will get better each day. Stay with it,mentally ,physically and spiritually you will find a sense of peace.....smileit is no doubt painful, but the alternative is worse....

Hi, thank you all so much for writing. I am now seeing my doctor which I really should have done first! Can it really take three or four weeks to have the withdrawal symptoms end? Mine seem to get worse sometimes!

I will get to NA. I'm just still SO sick.  I've been in AA and not had a drink for 15 years.  I blew the pills due to two serious auto accidents and injuries.  I just wish I had been more careful! no
