A blessed saturday after a torturous week at work..Started at 10;00 a.m. meeting at a Salvation Army  hall where we come in to carry message and last minute tonight(6:30) asked to speak at an H&I spot(only 4 miles from my home) another recovering addict couln't make at St Frances Hospital Rehab!Got to get a hug from a friend who was just 12th stepped last week and at the facility..,actually my sponsee brother and see him doing well!There was a time when "coming to" on a Saturday morning in a devasted state of active addiction was the norm,and forget Saturday night,that only continued the insanity.Thanks to the grace and mercy of my Higher Power ,whom I choose to call God,and my active participation in Narcotics Anonymous,I no longer live that!!Truly a wonderful day!Welcome if you are new here or just coming around.STAY we need you!!!
