face to face meeting for the member are always the best option. try going to: http://na.org and do a meeting search. often times local areas and regions will have helplines you can call to get the most up-to-date meeting list for your local area.
as far as support for family members, nar-anon or al-anon would be the best bet. family members can attend open NA meetings, but the best thing for them is the nar-anon, al-anon meetings.
often times local meetings will post their meeting location/date/time in local newspapers.

There are meetings for addicts or people who think they may have a drug problem in Narcotics anonymous There is support for families of addicts at Nar-Anon. NA meetings are all over except in the most remote places. Nar anon less so. Many families attend Al anon for support and that seems to work out. I wish you well.
