We believe that our Higher Power will take care of us. If we honestly try to do God's will to the best of our ability, we can handle the results of anything that happens. Seeking our Higher Power's will is a spiritual principle found in the steps. Working the steps and practicing the principles simplifies our lives and changes our old attitudes. When we admit that our lives had become unmanageable, we don't have to argue our point of view. We have to accept ourselves as we are. We no longer have to be right all the time. When we give ourselves this freedom, we can allow others to be wrong. Freedom to change seems to come mainly after our acceptance of ourselves.

I just felt like posting something :)P I have been reading through the book again and there are so many helpful thoughts and ideas, experience strength and hope. Since most of us have been without much discipline, pretty much hopeless and powerless over our addiction , we come here searching for the answer, the solution to all of our troubles. The lines above explain where the solution is, if we pracrtice that solution we begine to find the answer, its in the solution or is that vice versa LOL.
Hang in there eeryone I am off to work my program out in the real world, not a very pleasant place but only unpleasanty when I choose to fight everything and everybody, otherwise, it's a pretty nice place...
