I think...no, i KNOW it is time for me to get a sponsor.  How do i go about this?  i have an idea of who i would like it to be from my meetings...just ask after the meeting?

The best suggestion I have heard regarding choosing a sponsor was to pray that your sponsor will be revealed to you and after a time you will "know" who to ask.
Sponsors are like anything else. Some are really good and some not so much.
Take your time, pray, listen, and trust that more will be revealed.
