This year I have lost alot of people to addiction. My Uncle, my friends, my kids, and my life. Since I've been clean I have gained most of that. This Christmas will be my first Christmas clean. I'm excited about it but I'm also scared. I don't know how I should feel. I have alot of mixed feelings about it all. But I am clean and I have my kids so I do have something to be happy about today. I an so thankful for this program I know I couldn't of been able to do it alone. Happy holidays everyone.

Don't worry about how you should feel. Feelings are never right or wrong, they are your feelings and valid regardless what they are. Experiencing things Clean for the first time only natural to feel some confusion or aprehension. Keep your feet firmly planted in NA and you'll be fine.
