Was conversin with my lady-love about food and she says "we are what we eat" and I dont know where this came from but i said "Yes, but first we eat what we are."
When she expressed shock and puzzlement (so was I), I explained how food addiction thrived on thouhts that tell the addict to eat more, to eat certain foods etc....
I wonder what yall think ?

Well, when I was an ill-humored, unhealthy, greedy, wasteful, fat(er), sluggish broad, I was eating dead flesh (cow, chicken, fish etc etc), slaughtered in painfully disgusting ways by exploited workers in the feeder factories, & full of toxins, greasy fast food, nutrient-stripped, flavorless canned vegetables, and I felt yukky and either empty or stuffed all the time. Cravings--also all the time.
When I switched to locally grown, organic, vegetables, fresh fruit, whole grains, and protein from soy & other non-flesh sources, I lost 50 pounds, sleep through the night, have energy, good health measures, no cravings-at all!--and a much improved spiritual outlook on life.
Coincidence? I think not.
