things are going really well on the mental health part of my life as well I am not so deppressed not worried don't feel like I have to look over my shoulder all the time I must say the meds they have me on just might be working I forgot what it was l ike to not be that way It has been rough with what I have gone thru in the past year or so but I feel as if I am getting back on my feet it feels good Miracales are possible I am a work in progress thanx family for supporting me thru my toughest hours

The therapeutic value of one helping another is definitely without parallel..with trust in our Higher Power,committment to our spiritual principles/steps/traditions and concepts and continuing to show up in life, it may not be all rosy, but it will be better than anything we have ever known, I truly believe that.......In support and prayer Manon,always good to see ya!!!!
