I shook a guys hand last night then he coughs and sputters, he's always sick I knew better, this morning guess what, yup i'm pretty sure im sick I HAVE A RESENTMENT no more hand shakes everyone gets a knuckle punch from now on and they can forget a hug LOL.
I hear you Vin! got to get to VA and get my shot! they are definitely spitting,sputtering and hacking in my area also..go to area on 4th thursday of month also and they come from all around for that!! yipee! I refuse to get sick!!! (thats the other guy inside me making like I got control:) :)

So heres the deal Im not sick this morning i took some stuff and this afternoon too, as soon as I start feeling sick I take 2 times a day 1 ecinachea, 1 vitamn C and 1 zinc tablets and it seems to ward off the cold, if its flu forgetaboutit.
I took the flu shot about 12 years ago and got sick as hell for 3 days I wont do it again.
