my frustration level is high living without a "num" is not easy I wanna pill out just to sleep but knowing how i will feel after is what is keeping things in aspect my life is umanagable need to get a book sponsor suggested can't till the first gonna try to get to a face to face meeting prolly a couple just to get out and away this has been a long month
