i havent posted in a while. but i thought i would check in. im doing ok. i used a month ago but have been clean since. i twisted a muscle in my back yesterday at work so im in a lot of pain. and i twisted my knee too at work yesterday and thats killing me. i might have to have surgury. its killing me. but there ya go. im ok.

welcome back kiddo as mike would say there is no shame in relapse you made it back that's what counts I miss ya much really wish Icould have seen you when you were here was prepared to come see you that day even just never heard back love ya l8r g8r
