thought I would let you know I am still clean once again willbe working step one soon I can't get over being powerless i guess that is where Ialways get stuck but if nothing changes nothing changes I am stressed out ready for my company to leave and just trying to take things breath by breath anxiety anf apin are getting the best of me but doing whatI can in that aspect too.... thing are getting better I felt so guilty on just one wine cooler I knew I messed up at that point but I am learning to be honest with myself which I am not likeing it at all but gotta start somewhere
