I made it thru yesterday was a wierd day but I am still clean and doin ok have a friend staaying for a bit then they will be moving on to Colorado bout a month they are alot  like me has a hard time seeing my anxeties but hoping they will adjust Ienjoy having some one around just wondering wtf Iwas thinking  but it is short term so I'll live it will be sad when they leave I have enjoyed the company anyway thought I would just wrie a bit to get things off my mind
