I have been nominated by someone (anonomously) to to go to jail "FOR GOOD" in an effort to help the MDA raise funds for "Jerry's Kids". My bail will be 2500.00 dollars and all of it will go directly to the MDA. I accepted this opportunity to make a difference in the life of someone else. It is my greatest hope that you will consider helping me bring this about.
I will be picked up at my home by the Wilmington Police Department and taken to the MDA "For Good" jail on Oct 27th, 2010 at 4pm.
If you would consider making a 10.00 donation to the MDA between now and then I believe collectively we here at MIP could make a difference in the lives of several kids with MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY.

I commend you for dong this charitable work. My 9th and 12th step work also involves giving back to society. However, raising money for MDA is an outside issue, in my opinion, and it is not appropriate to ask for contributions on an NA forum.
