Basic story of my life has been the following categories of human behaviour;;;

Hurt  =     in love, relationships and friendships and family
Interfered with=    either someone interfered in my life or I did the same
Breach of trust= this is what hurt me in the first place,, so I told myself never to trust...

Insights from writing a long 4th Step !!!

4th step work is always an eye opener.
But just think....it opens the door to the 7th
And all those bad things get washed away in the loving forgiveness of God.

Sometimes it is so hard to do...
Sometimes I allow anxiety to take over and get restless and pushy; whereas a better course of action would have been to identify myself, what Ive done in the past, what I can do now and allow those who need my services to decide...

This is where I need to practice more 3rd Step actions !!!
