Hi Melissa,
welcome...to MIP>>>
my name is raman and I am an addict..

Your prayers will be answered.......remember meeting makers make it..

Ive been in a meeting every day of my recovery..
On a daily basis ive been in face to face, internet, phone, snailmail and informal meetings...

That keeps me not only clean but also serene....

Welcome! Keep coming to meetings and follow the suggestions you hear there, like getting a sponsor and working the steps. It works if you work it.

Welcome mel.

We all struggle with the feelins thing NA says thats a big part of our troubles, another program says its lack of power and i say its both.

Go to meetings, get a sponsor and call her and get nubers and call them, work the steps with your sponsor and clean house then get into service, make yourself a part of the groupand let the program work, stay clean . It's a simple complicated program LOL but if we can you can stay willing and honest and open to new ideas, every day is a new day for me but I have the tools and the power greater then me and my addiction going for me, spiritual awakening is what we seek and that takes a little work and perseverence, make a decision to do these things each and every single day and it will become a way of life and the old life will be gone soon enough.

Welcome to your new life.
