Morning Everyone..We arrived safe and sound and on time in Deerfield Beach Friday evening.Wonderful to see in laws and family.Been literally running ever since then.Today my wife and I go into chill mode.....We are on way to the pool right up the road from my sister in laws house,then we are going to book a motel for a couple nights by ourselves down by the beach.First 2 ,40 minute runs here took some adjusting as the humidity is very heavy here in Florida but still a great method of peaceful and tranquill time for me to pray,think and strengthen my spirit.Haven't been to a meeting here yet,though there are many in the area.Going to use in laws car to get around..Wonderful place of worship we found for Sunday and looking forward to some adventurous times .Hope all are well and staying in the day.Thanking the God of my understanding for another day of life,clean and free from active addiction and willing to move forward reminding myself of practicing spiritual principles in all my affairs ..Have a blessed and productive day,I'll talk with you on the rebound!!!
