Hey everybody!  I'm back from my mountain vacation.  It was great to beat the heat but I soooooooo need to get back into my recovery routine.

Thanks for the welcome back.
Actually I hurt my back ...again... two days before coming home.
I gotta surrender to this back problem and go see a doc.
Anyway, I'm really glad to be back in my recovery routine.
