went to the shrink yesterday nothing but good news meds are on track levels are perfect no changes needed yay!!!
I am learning to live clean once again I can actually give a clean UA now YAY!!!! so no complaints really I am actually for the first time in a long time grateful to be alive and kicking
My COPD is acting up and my thumb is still broke but... it couls always be worse
sometimes I have to remind myself that I am not alone in some of my issues and that just brings more reasons to be greatful
