Let's please recognize that this guy is a troll. NOTHING we say, no matter how logical, or empathetic, or sincere will get through to him. ANYTHING said to him will encourage him to spew more venom into our cyber support world. I would love for him to be banned, but in the absence of that I wish everyone would just ignore all of his posts. Do not respond, do not reference, just ignore him. This is the last I have to say about it.

I like Bruce, he has a lot to teach, and by the looks of this board there are a lot of people here with lots to learn.
Sometimes it helps to look where those who we disagree with are right, especially the lone dissenter. There is actually a pretty good essay on this in NA 12 Concepts for Service.
Next, even if you do or do not agree, Bruce is very good at teaching patience and tolerance through the internet. Again, more qualities I see people here could use more of.
And lastly, who are any of us to decide what seems to be working to keep Bruce clean is "wrong?" None of us are forced to read his musings, none of us are forced to "feel" anything from his musings, and nobody is forcing us to "reply" to his musings.
Anyway, even if he WAS a troll, where does he get his power - from our REACTION to him... does he not. Now "we" get to make a decision by simply looking inward to what fuels our disenchantment with who we perceive as a troll and what we can do to change how "we feel" about it.
