The End

I know most stories start with " Once apon a time"
but you have read the story I have been going thru a tad bit ovver the past year its seems to be over I have mixed emotions about that I still have yet to process with a therapist but that should be happening this next week I think that will be the begining of a new chapter "the after effects" lol it has been  a rough year I feel myself coming outta it still switching but at this point what else is new?
I know I have not posted in awhile I can't for the life of me put what  has happened into prper wording as the world and the ppl in it see it different than I did but none the less its over

Feel free to share as much or as little as you need to.
I'm really happy that you have the strength to begin a new chapter in your life.

Manon, the way people see it all, although being an inevitable part of what happened/happens to me, does not help me as much as me seeing it all through the eyes of the Steps with the help of a Sponsor. What my Sponsor or another member shares with me if he or she could relate with what I'm going through and my own answers that I write or share to certain questions of a particular inventory in my stepwork does help me make sense of what really happened, allowing me to put my past in a perspective that propels the recovery path of understanding, acceptance, closure, freedom, change and growth for me.

I like what I once read someone "We learn to re-evaluate our impressions of the world around us; By doing this, we realize a major portion of the freedom we seek."

Thank you for sharing, fellowship hugs and love.
